Pre-orders take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks to begin the shipping process. All products, that are pre-ordered, will have a bold red note in the description stating the following: THIS IS A PRE-ORDER. PLEASE ALLOW 4 TO 6 WEEKS FOR YOUR ITEM TO SHIP.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a link to track the package via email. Most orders will ship within 1 to 3 business days after an order is received. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding USA Federal holidays. Once an order is placed, the order cannot be altered or canceled. Merchandise availability is subject to change. In the event that an order is placed and the item is out of stock, we will automatically refund your original payment method and inform you about the unavailability shortly after the order is placed.
Domestic orders are sent via USPS Mail. International orders are sent via Globegistics. Please allow 2-3 business days to process and ship orders. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. We do not offer signature confirmation and we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING / CUSTOMS
Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes on international orders. If you refuse a shipment from Maraudamusic.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our shipping department.
INVALID OR INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS
If items are returned because of an invalid or insufficient address, an additional fee will need to be paid, by the customer, to reship the package.
We have partnered with ShipTection to offer package protection and insurance on all outgoing orders. By selecting ShipTection shipping insurance upon checkout, your order will be protected against lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, you will need to file a claim with ShipTection. Once a claim is resolved and approved you will receive a replacement package or be reimbursed for the cost of the item(s). This protection is available for both domestic and international orders.
Please return items in brand new condition within 10 business days of the original shipment along with a copy of the order confirmation email received at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling fees of the original purchase are not eligible for refunds and the customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns. We do not offer exchanges. If you want the item you purchased in a different size or color, you will need to place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.
Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase once the item has been received and quality checked within 2-3 business days of receiving the return.
